Handmade Nature

Our crochet and raffia bags are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of their uniqueness.

Custom Apparel

All custom hoodies and T-shirts are made to order.
Please ensure sizing, spelling, and design details are correct before confirming your order.
Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product.
We ship within the UAE and internationally.
Delivery times may vary based on courier and destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

Returns

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
